Whole Foods Market Spring Salad with Strawberries and Creamy Orange-Avocado Dressing Recipe
The Spring Salad with Strawberries and Creamy Orange-Avocado Dressing is a perfect dish to welcome the spring season. The salad brings together fruits and vegetables with a creamy avocado dressing.
Start by pureeing the avocado, green onions, orange juice, salt, and pepper to create the dressing. Then, add the fruits and vegetables together and dress accordingly. For the full recipe, click here.

Tips From Chef Todd:
Each month, NBFA Chef and Food Service Supervisor Todd Daigle will provide healthy tips on the recipe to give more options for taste or dietary restrictions.
Looking for Additional Protein? Add sliced almonds to the recipe.
Not a Fan of Strawberries? Try raspberries instead.
Don’t Have a Food Processor or Blender? Mix your dressing ingredients in a Ziplock bag and seal it pushing out all the air. Then, with a rolling pin, slowly roll over the bag going towards the back of the bag till well mixed.
