Homemade pizza is a fun dish that the whole family can enjoy making together. And with only five ingredients, this recipe is a quick and easy meal to make on a summer day.
Start by placing your dough onto an oiled baking sheet and stretch the dough to form your crust. After brushing the crust with oil, add your toppings and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. For the full recipe, click here.

Tips From Chef Todd:
Each month, NBFA Chef and Food Service Supervisor Todd Daigle will provide healthy tips on the recipe to give more options for taste or dietary restrictions.
In a Rush? Swap out the pizza dough for a pre-made store-bought pizza crust.
Try Other Cheeses and Vegetables Instead of goat cheese, choose a classic pizza cheese like mozzarella. Instead of summer squash, choose peppers or spinach.
We encourage you to share your experiences making the Recipe of the Month. Please share photos, videos, and suggestions on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram @NBFAcademy.
